Our Expertise
Christine Dynan, owner of JPC, LLC, has over 25 years of correctional experience. She began her career with the Federal Bureau of Prisons in 1992 and rose through the ranks until she retired in 2017 as an Associate Warden. During her career she provided oversight of all correctional operations and departments. Her experience lends to expertise in all areas of corrections to include inmate interaction, programming and management, and correctional security, procedure and operations. Her expertise also extends to human resource management, training, and labor management relations (LMR) with 12 of these years covering these specialized areas in addition being the agency’s voice in LMR for 7 of those years in her role as Associate Warden.
